You will need to pay for a bundle that includes dozens of networks. Unfortunately, there is no way to subscribe to only Bravo. NBCUniversal owns Bravo and other networks like NBC, E!, MSNBC, USA and more.
If you want to watch Bravo shows live as they premiere on the cable network, subscribing to a live TV streaming service is your best option.
